What We Offer
Ascutney Outdoors and our multi-purpose Outdoors Center is the centerpiece for our recreational activities, educational and community programs, and events. We offer a gathering place for warming up after skiing and tubing, sharing tales of a single-track bike adventure and wildlife sightings, listening to music, local school groups, and the many special events and activities that bring our community together.
Facility Rentals and Outside Events
We are pleased to be able to rent the Ascutney Outdoors Center and use of the surrounding trails and property for private events. We provide a beautiful venue and gathering place for parties, family gatherings (reunions, birthdays, memorials), small weddings and baby showers, private meetings and educational groups, music and art festivals. The trails and property are available for a variety of recreational activities and offers a showcase for cultural events. Examples of large outside events that take place on the mountain include the Vermont 50 Mountain Bike and Ultra Run and Ragnar Trail Vermont.
All user fees support our charitable operations and raise awareness for Ascutney Outdoors.
“Events” of more than 100 people require a Public Event License application (available on the Town of West Windsor’s website) and a simple Addendum from Ascutney Outdoors. “Gatherings” of less than 100 people require a simple Gathering Application from Ascutney Outdoors.
